VFW honors Matt Bowdren April 14th

RELEASE – Media, PA – There will be a special evening (Beef and Beer) fund raiser for a special individual, Matt Bowdren, at the Media VFW Post 3460 on Saturday April 14th stating at 7PM. Matt was born and raised in Media, and his father was a retired police officer in Upper Providence who passed on a number of years ago; both Matt and his father have been social members of the VFW post for years. Matt  has been a major part of Media VFW post even though he is not a veteran himself, and the event is to honor Matt and to support him through some trying times.

Donation is $20.00 and includes food and draft beer. DJ “Jammin John” will provide the entertainment. The Media VFW Post is located at 11 Hilltop Ave. in Media, PA (in the industrial district in the Southwest corner of Media borough.)
