Upcoming concert series in Glen Providence Park

Friends of Glen Providence Park will be hosting several summer concerts this year, starting this month on June 22th.

All concerts are free and open to the public. Bring a lawn chair and a picnic and enjoy the beautiful park afternoons.

First up is the Springfield Clarinet Quartet.

• Where: Main stage at Glen Providence Park

Dr. Christopher Di Santo, Karen Di Santo, Theodore Pasternak and Terry Guidetti will be featured in a varied program of classical, jazz and more contemporary works. Composers include Gershwin, Harvey, Hayden, Presser, Rodgers, Satie and others. All four members, professional clarinetists with diverse backgrounds, have been friends for years and have performed extensively in a multitude of venues throughout the region.
