Media Upper Providence Library Spring Book Sale to Begin on Saturday April 12th

RELEASE – The Media Upper Providence Library’s Spring Book Sale returns to the Media Municipal Center at 301 N. Jackson Street on Saturday April 12- Monday April 14, 2014. The sale runs from 10 AM to 5 PM each day, rain or shine, and features over 30,000 high quality items.
The twice-yearly Book Sale is run entirely by volunteers and the funds raised from the sale are an important part of the library’s operating budget.
Shoppers of all ages will find something to love among the hardcovers, paperbacks, children’s books, special and collectible books, puzzles & games, and audio & video media in the Media Community Hall.
At the Stone Cottage, patrons can find an incredible array of fiction and non-fiction hardbacks and trade paperbacks, organized by category. The fiction is alphabetized by author. This sale will feature a large selection of books on knitting and sports (especially football), as well as a number of operas on VHS.

On Saturday, paperbacks are $1 and hardbacks are $2. Sunday is ½ price day. Monday is the best value of all; just $5 for all you can get in a bag! Gift certificates for the sale are available at the library.
